Welcome to Sky Above Yoga – a tranquil studio in nature, born from a desire to create a space for like-minded people to practice, revitalize and nourish.
Founded on a passion for movement, nature, and healthy living, and based in a beautiful sky-lit studio,
our goal is to inspire excitement for the practice of yoga and creative movement.
All our teachers are well qualified to give you guidance to grow, may it be through building strength, gaining flexibility, de-stressing,
or just to feel good through movement.

• STRENGTHING + LENGTHENING: Working with active and passive flexibility. Balancing strength in both sides of the body.
• MOBILITY + AGILITY OF MOVEMENT – Working with mobility in the shoulders and hips. The ability to move with less effort.
• BREATHE: Learning how to breathe properly might be the biggest benefit you will get from practising yoga. Most people breathe through their mouths taking short and shallow breaths. This does not help the body stay calm and stable. All levels of fitness welcome, come play!
